If you have the Auto-updater you'll be able to download these files from 17:00 GMT this evening, if not you can download them conventionally from various sites from 19:00 GMT.
And what time is it now? Looks like it is a little after 17:00 GMT, so what are you waiting for? Below is a list of locations where you can download the client files.
